🌿 Join us for a free Community Health Fair in Brussels where you can follow an interactive health route with different stations inspired by the NEWSTART principles of healthy living.
As you move through the route, you’ll be able to check different aspects of your health, receive practical lifestyle advice, relax with quick anti-stress massages, and discover activities for the whole family, including children. Participants will also receive a body composition report to take home 📄
At the end of the route, you can have a short consultation with a health professional or counsellor, helping you better understand your results and receive guidance for both physical health and mental well-being.
