About the Recipe
These stuffed dates are a naturally sweet, no-bake dessert made with whole ingredients only. Dates provide fibre and minerals, nuts add richness and satiety, and cacao delivers a satisfying chocolate finish.

Ingredients
Dates & Filling:
• 12 Medjool dates
• 6 tbsp natural nut butter (almond, peanut, or hazelnut)
• 12 whole nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, or walnuts)
Cacao Drizzle:
• 20–30 g 100% dark chocolate
Preparation
Step 1 - Prepare the Dates
Slice dates lengthwise and remove the pits.
Step 2 - Fill
Spoon nut butter into each date and press a whole nut into the centre.
Step 3 - Drizzle
Gently melt the chocolate over a water bath or on very low heat.
Stir until smooth, adding a small splash of warm water if a thinner drizzle is desired.
Drizzle lightly over the filled dates and allow to set briefly.
Step 4 - Serve or Chill
Serve immediately or chill briefly to set.
Tip: these keep well in the fridge for 3–4 days and are perfect for snacks or lunch boxes.
